Verification of Benefits & Gap Exception
Whenever a major medical service is needed, the provider conducts a verification of benefits to estimate costs and facilitate a smooth billing process.
A Gap Exception lets you get in-network coverage for an out-of-network provider when your insurance lacks the right type of provider. Since most insurance networks don’t include midwives for home births, you can request an exception to cover this gap in care.
Superbill Service
We'll ensure your superbill includes all the essential details, like diagnosis and procedure codes, dates of service, and total charges, so you can file a successful claim within the required 90-180 day window.
Appeal services are included if your initial claim is denied.
Cost - 4% of your midwifery bill
Please note that there is no guaruntee your claim will be reimbursed, especially without a verification of benefits or a written pre-approval.
