As soon as your clients begin their care with you, direct them to our website. Here, they can choose one of three options to learn how to navigate their insurance: attend a webinar, purchase our eBook, or opt for our VIP Verification of Benefits service. These resources will help them understand their coverage, estimate costs, and prepare for the next steps in the process.

After clients have learned about their coverage, they'll be responsible for taking the next steps. This may include requesting out-of-network approval or a gap exception if necessary. Some insurance companies may require documentation from you, such as clinical information or care details. Some insurance companies may need you to initiate the Gap exception process. We'll ensure your clients have access to resources that guide you through these procedures, making the process as smooth as possible for both you and your clients.

Once all services have been rendered and the client has paid in full, they will reach out to you to let you know they're ready to request their superbill. They will ask you to provide:

1. Your business address, phone number, NPI, and Tax ID
2. An itemized invoice and confirmation of the amount paid
3. The client's chart and records from their care with you
4. The baby's chart and records from birth and any care provided

After they provide us with this information, our expert coders will get to work on an accurate and detailed superbill.
