Notice for Clients Within 8 Weeks of Due Date:

For clients who are less than 8 weeks from their due date, please note that insurance approvals and gap exceptions often require significant processing time. While we are committed to providing support at any stage, starting closer to your due date may limit our ability to secure approvals in time. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to maximize your coverage options.

Notice for BCBSTX - UT Select Insurance Subscribers:

For clients with BCBSTX UT Select Insurance, please be aware that the process for obtaining a gap exception or reimbursement can be complex and may require 3-5 months of lead time prior to the due date for the best chance of success. We strongly recommend starting the insurance process early to allow sufficient time for approvals.
